Amazing experience they didn’t have the tires I needed. They got them there in two hours. I went to 10 different places before this one if you have a high-performance truck like a raptor, they do everything perfectly

Excellent service! Been here multiple times for both of my vehicles and they look out for you and don’t try to up sell you to hard. They communicate very well and just let you know all your options available to you. Even when they are super busy, they still manage to get the job done in a timely manner. Josh show's excellent customer service skills and so does “Vachari”. (Va. Car-E). Apologies for the spelling. Thank you again!

Absolutely the best tire shop here. Great location 75 & 380. I visited here many times as I need. Today I just walked-in with a flat tire. Corey welcomed warmly and took a care of what I needed. Very professional, kind staffs. Walkable to Gas station, restaurant, starbucks, chick fil-a while waiting if you want.

What could have been a great rescue story and 5-star review turned out an embarrassment for Discount Tires. Keep reading to find out why. Upon arriving at my destination I noticed I was about to get stuck with a flat tire, so I immediately rushed the vehicle to Discount Tires on N Central 75 before it was too late. Associate took my information and announced I'm going to have to wait 4 hours to fix a flat tire. In spite of having 2 bays wide open, they didn't want to fix a flat tire. I jacked the car myself in front of their shop and took the tire off the vehicle, showed them where the nail was. Simply apply a pair of pliers to remove the nail and insert a plug. That's it. What they said could not be done, I got it fixed in 15 minutes at another tire shop. I must say they showed courtesy to puff some air into the spare tire. I'm not coming back to this place again.

I wanted to give an updated review after my recent visit. First, I have to say Kenny was AMAZING—he was helpful, professional, and really made the experience great. He definitely deserves recognition for his customer service. However, just a few days after purchasing four brand new tires, my tire pressure light came on. I drive very carefully—honestly like a grandma—and only go to a few places regularly, so this was surprising. I went back on Saturday and was told it could be due to weather affecting tire pressure. I tried to give that the benefit of the doubt, but it didn’t fully make sense to me considering the tires are brand new. I called back hoping to speak with a manager, and spoke with Travis. Unfortunately, that experience wasn’t great. He wasn’t very polite or understanding, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I was given the same explanation without much effort to actually help me understand or feel reassured. At this point, I’m unsure if I would recommend this location. Again, Kenny was excellent—but the follow-up service and communication could definitely be improved.
